Just the boost needed for making the ideal Gluhwein – the famous German holiday treat of warmed wine spiked with orange slices, sugar and spice. Cinnamon bits, orange and lemon peel, star anise, anise, fennel and cloves.
Preparation: Heat 24 ounces red or white wine to approx. 80° C/176°F. Add 4 teaspoons mulled wine spices and 50g sugar. Allow to brew 10 min.
